Recording of connection data at internet access

When you use our website, records of each access are made automatically. There won’t be any tracing back the data to a specific individual. An identification of the user does not take place. Every time a user accesses our website and every time a file is retrieved, only access data about this process is stored in a log file on our server. During this “informational use” we solely collect data that your browser transmits to enable you to visit the website. Personal user profiles cannot be created from this data. The data stored will be only subject to statistical analyses, or, at given reason, for maintenance and troubleshoot of the website and tracing of abusive use such as, for example, possible hacking attempts. Google Web Fonts and JavaScript libraries

For uniform formatting of text this website might use so-called web fonts provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). On retrieving a website your browser then is downloading necessary web fonts to your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. All information you disclose to us, e.g. by using the contact form, the function labelled "Ask a question about this product", etc., or otherwise is used exclusively by us for the purpose of providing you with the best possible customer service and for processing your request. All data is treated confidential, in compliance with the legal requirements and according to this privacy statement.

Use of customer and contract data

We store data you disclose to use in electronic form and use it exclusively for the purposes of processing contracts, customer administration, product registration, technical support and for own marketing purposes to the extent which is necessary and permissible. A passing on to interconnected companies is performed only during corresponding business-relationships for the purpose of completing your request and providing you customer support. No information is passed to other third parties. Information is only passed to official state bodies in accordance with the legal requirements.
As far as we deal with patient data, access to it is limited to persons that are directly involved in supplying therapeutics or in services required for those to do so, and to the involved cost units.
