The bath volume in the RC-24 chambers is the smallest of the open style chambers. This design allows very fast solution exchange for a variety of applications including patch clamp and studies in electrophysiology. The small bath volumes are especially useful when using drugs in small quantities. Both models are used with 22 mm square or 22 mm x 40 mm coverslips.
