MP-265-LT

Experiments that require multiple micromanipulators are frequently limited by the amount of space available around the preparation. The MP-265-LT provides a means to maximize the number of manipulators accessible in a confined area, and frees up valuable space. Similar to the other MP-265 series manipulators, the 12.5mm of travel along the Y axis produces a narrow profile, allowing several manipulators to be positioned closely in the rig. In the MP-265-LT, SUTTER has increased the motorized travel along the X-axis to 83mm. This assures that the manipulator is away from the sample, facilitating interference-free pipette exchange. The MP-265-LT also comes mounted on a narrow profile stand that can easily be mounted to a breadbroard or other surface with tapped holes.

The MP-265-LT can be operated using the popular Sutter MPC-200 controller and ROE, creating the MPC-365-T system. In this way, two manipulators can be operated from one controller, and controllers can be daisy-chained to allow a single ROE-200 to operate up to four manipulators.
